If you’ve ever woken up before noon on New Year’s Day, you’ve probably seen the Rose parade. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a cool feat to see floats covered so artistically in flowers. Heck, here in Orlando, they’ve even got a parade where the floats are decorated entirely in citrus fruit. However, the sad truth is that none of these plant based US parades hold a candle to Bloemencorso Zundert, the largest flower float parade in the world, held each year in The Netherlands.

After seeing one article on the festival, I couldn’t help but go digging for more and more images from the parade. I’m not sure if they are all from this year, but they are all worth checking out. The floats range from political, to animal, to abstract, and even have a little bit of pixelated nudity thrown in.
