It’s currently being reported by Spinoff Online that teen actress Demi Lovato has been cast in Joss Whedon’s “The Avengers.” If you’re scratching your head over the name, that’s because she’s a Disney Channel exclusive actress who has appeared in TV shows mainly for kids such as “Sonny With A Chance” and the Disney “Camp Rock” films.
It’s unsure who Lovato will play but there are plenty of roles suited for her pixie style status (Wasp anyone??). She’s expected to report to the studio beginning April 1st, which is when “The Avengers” will begin official production.
Currently Lovato is on a hiatus from work and in rehab dealing with an emotional breakdown.
Eh.. well at least it’s better than that fred kid in Runaways…
