Disney is teaming up with William Goldman to bring one of the greatest movies of all time to the stage. News of the production just broke a couple hours ago and the internet seems more than a little bit pleased about it.
William Goldman, the original author of The Princess Bride, as well as the screenwriter for the film will be teaming up with Disney to make it happen. Interestingly, Goldman has tried to make the film into a musical before, but it was killed over financial disputes.
