Hollywood Reporter just announced that some of the hottest women in Hollywood will be stepping out with some pretty edgy roles in the new year.
Starting out, we’ve got Nicole Kidman. she’ll be taking on the role of the first post-operative transsexual in a new film she’ll also be producing called, “The Danish Girl”. Charlize Theron is set to star as her wife.
The film is based on the true story of artists Einar and Greta Wegener. One day, Greta’s model didn’t show for a sitting so her husband, Einar sat in her place. Drama, awkwardness, and probably some unintentional comedy hi jinx ensues…
Ironically, the two actresses should be completely comfortable in the lesbian roles. they each one Oscars for lesbian movie roles: Theron for Monster, and Kidman for The Hours.
Meanwhile, Jessica Alba is playing a prostitute who meets an ugly end against Casey Affleck in the new film, “The Killer Inside Me.” Affleck plays a West Texas sheriff who goes on a downward spiral from being a boring small-town cop into a ruthless, sociopathic murderer.
This isn’t her first hooker/tripper role. Alba cemented her fanboy Goddess status when she took the mantle of Nancy in Frank Miller’s Sin City.
