Guillermo Del Toro’s ‘The Shape of Water’ has just premiered at the Venice film festival and the reviews are nearly unanimously positive. Many reviewers are giving the film an “A” and calling it one of it not Del Toro’s best film. Sadly, we won’t get to find out if this is accurate for ourselves until the unique story about a mute woman and a fish man in love hits theaters in December.

Elisa’s life is changed forver when she and co-worker Zelda (Octavia Spencer) discover a secret classified experiment. Rounding out the cast are Michael Shannon, Richard Jenkins, Michael Stuhlbarg and Doug Jones.
