I don’t remember people falling in love with the first Percy Jackson film, but it did make a bit over $25,000,000 so we have a sequel starring Logan Lerman, Alexandra Daddario, and Brandon T. Jackson
The plot of the new movie involves Percy and his half god buddies going to the Bermuda Triangle to try and get the Golden Fleece so that they can stop Chronos from returning and killing them all.
I can’t say I’m too excited about it, but it looks like it will have at least one bright spot in the form of Nathan Fillion’s cameo as Hermes.
Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters opens in 3D on August 16th.
