Barney Stinson was right. It is just like Ewoks. I know that there are a bunch of people older than me who hate the Ewoks, but I was born after 1974 so I love them. Now I find myself in that same old man place as I look disdainfully at the new trilogy and those who were born after 1988 love the damned thing. Even with Jar Jar F’ing Binks, they love it freakin pieces.
There has been a lot of brouhaha over the changes that George Lucas made to the films in the newly released Blu-Ray set, but now the whole set is coming out in “glorious” 3D.
I’m actually pretty curious to see how some of the underwater stuff and the pod races look in 3D. I just really don’t like the idea of Jar Jar coming right at me.
