I’m not sure how old this video is, but it’s been making rounds and it’s too great of a human interest story to pass up. This is a heartwarming documentary about an 81-year-old man who flew across country to reunite with his high school sweetheart who he hasn’t seen in 62 years.
Both Jack and Betty went their separate ways 62 years ago and just recently found each other via the Internet and arranged for a reunion long overdue.
Get your Kleenex ready boys and girls, you’re in for an emotional ride. It’s pretty obvious that Jack still cares a great deal about Betty (who pretty much dumped him for another guy), hopefully something good will come out of this reunion.
