Julia Stiles has officially joined the cast of “Dexter” for the show’s upcoming fifth season.
Stiles is on board to appear in at least ten of the season’s twelve episodes as “a mysterious young woman who forms a unique relationship with Dexter.”
While no plot detail surrounding her role has been revealed, it’s expected that she will be slowly integrated to the show, as Dexter deals with the aftermath over the death of his wife.
The September season premiere will also see the return of Julie Benz after her demise at the hands of the Trinity Killer in the season finale.
Production on the upcoming season will begin later this month.
Hall, who recently underwent treatment for cancer, is now fully cured and expected to be back for his role as the sympathetic lovable serial killer.
