Keke Palmer, best known for her leading role on the TV show, ‘True Jackson, VP’ is apparently the first person to actually be associated with the marvel studios production of Brian K Vaughn’s ‘Runaways’.

Here’s what she said in a recent interview with Essence Magazine:

I’ve had a nice little break with the steady TV show but I’m definitely ready to do some more films again. I was just asked to join a new Marvel comic project called, “Runaways.”

The big question remains… who would she play? There are no black female characters on the core team. You’d have to figure that Marvel is not dumb enough to pull an Airbender and change the races of a character.

The best guess would be that she’d play Xavin, who is Karolina’s, not quite a lesbian because she’s a genderless shape-shifting skrull, girlfriend.
