We all knew it was coming, but would we actually see it? Thanks to two leaked design images, we have our first look at what could be the mother of all mobile headquarters, the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier!
Yes, Director Nick Fury clearly has a pimped out ride, even Xzibit would be proud! The pair of leaked design is credited to designer George Hull, who has also done work on “Iron Man 2,” “Avatar,” “Speed Racer,” Matrix” and “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.”
These images give us a great foreshadowing of what we can expect in terms of design from “The Avengers.” Now whether or not we’ll actually get to see the Helicarrier that’s another story.
According to Spidermedia.ru, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige wants to build a replica of the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier on the roof of San Diego Convention Center for Comic-Con 2011! Now that’s something I can’t wait to see!
