News just broke a little while ago that a Manhattan Judge has approved the Chapter 11 Bankruptcy of MGM. This will give the company a chance to reduce their debt, raise more capital and start making movies again.

The biggest piece of news attached to this ruling is that Bond 23 is now back on track. In fact, composer David Arnold is already talking about it.

“We only just got the news that we’re back on. But ‘there’s many a slip twixt cup and lip’ So I will keep quiet until I get a script and then start writing ideas. Interestingly, earlier today, Darren Aronofsky said he’d still love to make Robocop… in only MGM could get their money situation in order.
