The first real teaser is out for T2: Transpotting and while it is really just a teaser, it does show us all of the returning cast members together again. That’s right, Ewan McGregor is back as Renton, Robert Carlyle is returning as Francis Begbie, Jonny Lee Miller is taking a break from playing Cherlock Holmes to reprise his role as Sick Boy, and Ewen Bremner is on hand to bring Spud back to life.
Right now, all we know about the story is that it will pick up a couple of decades later in the lives of the main characters from the first film. It may or may not follow the follow up novel to Trainspotting, which sees Renton getting involved in the adult film industry.
