Arrow is set to return to the CW on October 9th, and hopes are high that we are in for as good as season as season one. When we last left The Hood, he was standing in the rubble of his city and crying over the loss of his best friend. Now, a new promo is out and it looks like We are in for a lot of great moments like the move of Ollie from being the hood to Green Arrow, as well as the appearance of DC characters like Black Canary and The Flash.
