Anthony Hopkins is describing Westworld as a “a dark odyssey about the dawn of artificial consciousness and the evolution of sin.” So far, we are content to just call it awesome.

Admittedly, I haven’t seen the 1973 Michael Crichton film upon which the new show is based, but I’m blown away by what we are seeing here and the way it examines morality in the world of artificial intelligence. I’ll definitely be tuning in when the show premiers on HBO October, 2nd.
