The new trailer for the Superman Film, Man Of Steel just hit a little while ago and it takes a very different spin on the marketing for any film the franchise has ever put out before.
While most Superman film trailers focus on the action, this one focuses on trying to place the concept of Superman in the real world and what the ramifications would be.
That’s not to say that there isn’t action. We get a big punch of that towards the end. We also get our best looks yet at Amy Adams as Lois Lane and Michael Shannon as Zod.
Along with Cavill, Adams and Sheen, Man of Steel also stars Kevin Costner, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Antje Traue, Ayelet Zurer, Christopher Meloni, and Russell Crowe star.
Man of Steel opens on June 14, 2013.
