Batmanonfilm has always been a great source for leaks on upcoming Batman films. Now they have popped up with some news about the upcoming Man of Steel Sequel that’s slated to be the “Batman vs. Superman” film that fans have been wanting forever.

The big news is that Warner Bros is looking to fill the role with an older, more seasoned actor. That means that Joseph Gordon Levitt is out of contention.

The site went as far as to name a few of the stars up for consideration:
Josh Duhamel, Jude Law, Gerard Butler, Josh Brolin, Jon Hamm, Brad Pitt, Ben Affleck and Jim Caviezel.

As of this moment, all of those sound awful to me.

If he’s going to have the smarts to take down Superman, it makes sense that they wouldn’t use someone just getting used to the cowl, like Joseph Gordon Levitt.
