Variety is now confirming that Paul Bettany is officially set to play Vision In AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON. This is very interesting, as he’s already a big part of the Marvel film universe as the voice of Tony Stark’s/ THe Avengers digital butler, J.A.R.V.I.S.
IN the Comics, Vision starts life as a creation of Ultron, before becoming a hero in his own right. Having him played by the same person who voices JARVIS could be very telling as far as either his origin or the origin of Ultron in the upcoming Avengers sequel, Avengers: The Age of Ultron.
I guess we’ll just have to wait until the film hits theaters on May 1, 2015.
