Feel’n the new video subscriber service trying to take on Netflix, Huluplus, and Amazon Prime has released the trailer for their upcoming Rainbow Brite reboot. The first episode is apparently available to watch on their service already, but I’m not sure you’ll really want to after seeing this trailer.
Voicing Rainbow is Emily Osment. Meanwhile, attempting to add some 80’s cred to the series is Molly Ringwald, who is voicing The Dark Princess.
By comparison, here’s some old school Rainbow Brite. I’m not saying that it was a work of art, but it looked like they at least put in some effort to animate it decently.
