Last week we reported that Harrison Ford would be returning as Han Solo in the newest Star Wars Trilogy. Today, the net is buzzing with the rumor that he’ll be joined by both Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher.
This is just a rumor at the moment, but it would not be all that surprising. The only question in my mind is if the original cast is up for this kind of feat.
We had guessed last week that the new series would probably focus on Jedi Children of Han and Leia and that Luke would be running a Jedi Academy.
It is now looking that it might be closer and closer to being the truth.
If you really want to know if Carrie Fisher will appear in the new films, my biggest suggestion is to keep an eye on her at the next few cons and her next few appearances. If she starts looking like she’s working on getting into really good shape, there’s a good chance that she’s prepping for the camera.
