While critics seem mixed on early screenings of Batman vs Superman, it looks like everyone loves Suicide Squad. In fact, they love it so much that the studio already started prep work on the sequel. The interesting news here is that, among all of the films WB has on their slate for DC Comics, there was never any talk of this being more than a one off that would help relaunch the Batman brand.
I think I might have been the only one who wasn’t really that impressed with the last trailer for the film, but I’m still keeping an open mind. What we have seen looks more promising to me than BVS, and I would like to see WB hit it out of the park with a comic book film for the first time in a while. We can’t live in a Marvel only universe
