John Wick was one of my favorite movies from the last couple years. Sadly, my fiance refuses to watch it because of the puppy scene. Still, perhaps I can get her to give it a chance before the sequel comes out.
When it was first announced, I was confused as to how or why they’d be doing a sequel. I would love to see a movie about the hotel from the film, but I thought that the story was pretty much complete unless they were going to focus more on an origin tale or something.
As it is, I’ll probably see the sequel, but this first synopsis has me thinking that I’ll see it on Netflix instead of in the theater.
