Now, the famous criminal is heading back to the small screen for a new Netflix animated series, with Gina Rodriguez cast to voice the lead role. Joining her for the ride will be Stranger Things’ Finn Wolfhard, as the voice of her accomplice, Player.
According to Netflix, the new show will not only follow Carmen and Player on their new thefts, but will delve into her backstory.

This fresh take presents an intimate look into Carmen’s past where viewers will not only follow her escapades but also learn WHO in the world is Carmen Sandiego and WHY she became a super thief.
