One of the greatest surprises to the first “Zombieland” film was that not only did it kick ass, it had one of the greatest surprise cameos ever! If you still haven’t seen it, I won’t spoil it for you. But hoping to strike lightning twice, Ruben Fleischer is officially looking for its next great cameo. Although I doubt anyone is going to upstage who they had in the first film.

Bloody Disgusting reports that Columbia Pictures is hoping to find its next “superstar cameo” and are hoping to land someone as iconic as “Harrison Ford” or “Anthony Hopkins.” Neither of those would honestly be my top picks. Personally I’d want someone like Mathew Broderick, Ralph Macchio, Molly Ringwald or anyone really from the 80s and early 90s.

Moreover, we also learn that there will be a villain in the sequel, who’s suppose to have a comedic root.

As of now Jesse Eisenberg is the only actor officially attached to star in the film. But fans can rest assure that Woody Harrelson will most likely return as the no nonsense zombie killing Twinkie loving Tallahassee.

Stay tuned, we’ll have more as casting progresses.
