Fox is planning to wrap up its long-running hit series “24″ after this season. While the show’s cancellation isn’t confirmed, reports are circulating that a final decision will be made soon.

It seems like FOX is going to go back to their old ways and bending over a Joss Whedon show like a pretty boy in a prison shower.

The era of the X-Film is upon us. Sure, Disney may own Marvel, but FOX owns The X-Men and they are gonna milk that cow dryer than an Ethiopian Summer.

“We’re going to run all the episodes,” Fox scheduling chief Preston Beckman said. “We’re not saying we’re happy with those numbers, or accept them, but we don’t have to overreact.”

Additionally, FOX is planning on earning some extra scratch off the show by releasing the songs from the show on iTunes and as a Soundtrack later this year.
