The Oscars were just announced a few hours ago and there’s a few big surprises, it looks like the critics choices of The Artist and Hugo led the pack with 10 and 11 nominations respectively.

If they had stopped at bringing on Anne Hathaway and what appeared to be a slightly stoned James Franco, that would have been fine. But no, you can’t be hip without YouTube.

That’s right, when all else was failing, Kirk Freakin Douglas was more entertaining than both James Franco and Anne Hathaway… and that’s after a stroke!
