Bad timing will keep the one actor who already sounds like a super villain from taking the role of bad guy in Thor 2.

Despite rave reviews at Wednesday’s world premier, the cast of The Avengers was pulled out last night to shoot an additional scene for the theatrical release!

Marvel Studios has hired Robert Rodat (Saving Private Ryan) to rewrite the script for “Thor 2,” which will be directed by Alan Taylor (Game of Thrones).

Taylor is an accomplished TV director with plenty of experience whose recent credits include TV series such as “Boardwalk Empire,” “The Sopranos,” “Mad Men” and “Nurse Jackie.”

One noticeable change is with “Thor 2,” which has been moved from July 26th, 2013 to November 15, 2013.
