The new headset has the potential to completely revolutionize gaming and even just the way we watch visual entertainment.
To most current gamers, the Oculus looks like something from the future. To a 90 year old woman, you can multiply that by infinity. Check out this video of her reaction when her grandson has her test out a virtual reality simulation of Tuscany, Italy.

The company launched a Kickstarter campaign to help fund development of their first product, the Oculus Rift, a ground-breaking virtual reality headset for immersive gaming.
