Talk about Chinese knock offs being crap… some guys in China decided that they wanted their own Optimus Prime so they built themselves one… out of scrap metal.

Standing 32-feet tall, and Optimus Prime can be seen residing just North of the Bird’s Nest at Beijing’s Olympic Park. The giant Transformer might not be as tall as giant Gundam found in Japan, but at least he’s envrionmentally friendly.

Optimus Prime was entirely recycled and was built from over 10,108 junk parts.
