Worried that you’ll be stuck in a clunky spacesuit when you move to other planets? Well, never fear, a group of MIT engineers and German researchers have teamed up to create a solution.

These 3-D printed suits have been designed so that they can be filled with bacteria and algae. The microbes will then provide the wearer with breathable air as a byproduct of either photo synthesis or as a waste product.

The idea seems cool all on it’s own… we aren’t sure why they felt the need to include the boobs.
