Some people like to dress up their dogs… and some people like to put their turtles in kilts and hitch wagons to their butts. This would be an example of the latter.
There aren’t really and details that go along with this video, it is just a turtle in a kilt with a wagon attached to his butt. At least there’s a doll in the wagon, otherwise it would just look silly.
A question still remains. How the hell do you steer that thing? Also, how annoying must it be to not be able to move through a ren faire at the speed of a turtle?
