Believe it or not, there are still people without power more than two weeks after Hurricane Sandy. Most of the blame seems to be falling onto the Long Island Power Association, LIPA for short.
To help get their message across in a way that they think LIPA might finally pay attention to, a few powerless residents have taken to the streets and filmed a very special Gangnam Style parody that is directed straight at LIPA and asks them to do one thing… Turn the lights back on!
