According to a recent poll conducted by Twitter-friendly URL shortening site Bitly, and contrary to what most believe, dogs rule the Internet over cats.
Apparently we’ve mistakenly crowned cats as the kings of the Internet, because new evidence indicate that dogs are more cuddlable according to Internet users.
As you can see from the graph above, although cats do rank pretty high, the clear winner is man’s best friend – the dog.
Dogs represent 37% of the total results in the cute animal set, and are featured in 50% more pages than cats!
