Utah State University students Jesse Budd and Patrick Romero went around the campus library asking individuals whether or not men and women can be just friends. If you’re a guy, then the answer shouldn’t be too shocking. In fact, it should be fairly obvious. If you’re a girl, then continue to pretend being oblivious.
The results were fairly unanimous across both genders with girls all saying that it is possible for men and women to be just friends, while boys believe that men and women can never just be friends. When the girls were harder pressed, many even admitted that they knew their guy friends liked them… inadvertently exposing all the poor suckers trapped in their dreaded “friend zone.”
