Who needs Shell Shocked, when you can bring in an acapella group like The Pentatonix to add some of the their super white stylings to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle soundtrack. That’s right. If the soundtrack wasn’t weird enough, they’ve brought in one of the internet’s most popular acapella groups to put their spin on the turtles. Don’t get me wrong. I love me some acapella. Hell, I was in an all male acapella chorus in high School, but this… this just feels weird.

Lyrics:
We are ninjas, we are turtles, we will save the day
We are someday gonna be the one to lead the way
Who-oh-oh break out of your shell and lets go-ooo-oh
Break out of your shell and lets go

Rising up like steam from sewer cap
So mean, so green
You better watch you back
Slow and steady doesn’t win the race
So quick, so slick, the thrill of the chase

The time has finally come for us to be the greatest
Cause heroes aren’t born they’re created
Long before our days begins
What every heroes needs
Is a big O greasy pizza

Now give me that extra large p, some pepperoni
With the parmesan cheese, anchovies
Make a de-li-very for everybody
Come, we’re hungry
Yeah, we’re hungry

Donatello needs a masterpiece of pizza
Fueling up the four, Shredder tries to beat ya
Splinter teach us how to bring the thunder
Kowabunga

Here we go, c’mon!

We are ninjas, we are turtles, we will save the day
We are someday gonna be the one to lead the way
Who-oh-oh
Break out of you shell and lets go-ooo-oh
Break out of you shell and lets go
