It only took a decade, but Ed O’Neil, best known for his portrayal as Al Bundy (Married with Children) and most recently, jay Pritchett in ABC’s “Modern Family,” is finally being honored with his own Walk of Fame Star.
The 65-year-old “family man” was joined by TV wives Katey Sagal (Married… with Children) and Sofia Vergara (Modern Family) on the Hollywood Walk of Fame when he received his star in Los Angeles Tuesday. O’Neill was awarded the star in honor of his contributions to the entertainment industry, which span over 40 years.

The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
