Chef Wears Menu On His Face. I’m Suddenly Not Hungry.

I’d say this post is Not Safe For Lunch, but this post could actually be someone’s lunch.

How your food looks is just as important as how it tastes, so there’s a good chance that diners at J. Walter Thompson Amsterdam are going to have a lot to consider when they look at the new menu created by Chef Robbie Postma.

Instead of a simple text menu, or even a big, picture-filled beast like you’d get at the Cheesecake Factory, Postma has elected to take photos of all the ingredients of his dishes… on his face. Really, we mean all of his dishes. That goes from veggies to wine, and all they way to coffee and dessert. You sort of have to see it to understand.
