He’s known to some as B. A. Baracus, and others as Clubber Lang, but to the world around he is a glistening symbol known universally by his Mohawk and gold chains. He is Mr. T.
If you grew up in the 70’s or 80’s than the man is a symbol that you will hold dear for the rest of your life. He was actually discovered by Sylvester Stallone during a TV competition for the world’s toughest Bouncer and his role in Rocky 3 not only launched him to infamy, but it also launched his catch phrase, “I pity the fool.”
Since then, he’s made countless TV and movie appearances, been part of shows like The A Team and his own reality show and cartoons. He’s even got his own infomercial for the MR T. Flavorwave oven.
He just turned 57 and he just as relevant as he was when he started his career. Not only is he the subject of a very popular World of Warcraft Commercial, but he’s also the subject of a new CGI film that is slated for release this year.
Happy Birthday Mr. T. Keep Pitying Those fools.
