It’s Comic-Con week, or rather, Comic-con@home week. That doesn’t mean there isn’t other stuff going on in the geek world besides what we will find out from the virtual Hall H or the virtual toy showrooms over the next few days. In the meantime, let’s start the week with some awesome art from Pierre Roussel.
Roussel has taken the classic gaming consoles of The XBox, Playstation, N64, and the Dreamcast and blown them up in an amazing set of new illustrations. As each layer of a console’s inner-workings are revealed, we are also treated to some of the excellent games the systems are known for. Look closely for nods to Sonic the Hedgehog, Crazy Taxi, Starfox, HALO, Zelda, Mario 64, Mario Kart, Metal Gear Solid, Crash Bandicoot, Final Fantasy 7, Spyro, Twisted Metal, Parappa The Rappa, Oddworld, and more!
