Fox Network To Release Werewolf Series

Variety is reporting that the Fox network is developing a dramedy about a quartet of female friends in New York who are werewolves called “Bitches.”

The show is described as a quirky urban fairy tale with teeth. Sort of a Sex in the City meets the Howling.

The show is being helmed by Micheal Dougherty’s who also wrote “Superman Returns” and “X2: X-Men United.”

If the show is any good, don’t expect it to last very long… Let’s face it, Fox is like the Auschwitz of good TV programming. They marched shows like Firefly, Wonderfalls, and countless others to the Scheduling Gas Chamber before they ever had a chance.
