With all the talk of Josh Trank’s Fantastic Four reboot getting underway, no one has mentioned the sequel to his first film in a while. Chronicle 2 is still on the way.
Deadlinejust announced that the a replacement has finally been named for screenwriter Max Landis. It looks like Fox has just tapped Jack Stanley to take over writing duties on Chronicle 2.
Fox is taking a little bit of a gamble on Stanley, the 25-year-old doesn’t have any film credits to his name yet. However, he’s got a werewolf movie and a female assassin/high school graduation script in development.
