It’s time to see if Marvel’s What If? is going to stick the landing. The new animated series brings the cult classic What If? comic book into the MCU and explores how small changes in events could have massive impacts on the Marvel Cinematic Universe. While they could have treated the series as a set of excellent stand-alone stories, they’ve decided to go the MCU way and force a tie-in that was teased with the arrival of Ultimate Ultron at the end of the Party Thor episode. Now it’s time to see how the characters from all of the previous episodes are brought together to face a threat bigger than anything they could have imagined, Ultron, in Vision’s body, with all six of the Infinity Stones.
