‘Modest Mouse’ Video Directed by Heath Ledger

Aside from being a talented actor, Heath Ledger also had great vision. Prior to his untimely death, he had been directing a music video for Modest Mouse’s “King Rat.” Although he died before completing it, some of his associates at the Masses were able to complete it and bring it out from limbo.

Illustrated by Terry Gilliam, “King Rat” is a social commentary on illegal whale hunting.
