NBC has announced their Fall 2020 schedule and, as you can probably guess, they aren’t going to have a lot of new shows in place when studios open back up. So, it isn’t really a huge surprise that the fall line-up consists entirely of returning shows, save for Law & Order: Organized Crime, which marks Christopher Meloni’s return to the franchise nearly a decade after he left SVU.
Later in the season, new programming will start to make its way into the line-up. Tina Fey has a new show in the pipeline, as do Ted Danson and Holly Hunter. SNL/ Good Burger alum Kenan Thompson will also be heading our way with his new series, Kenan. Finally, Fresh Off the Boat writer, Nahnatchka Khan is set to premiere her new series based on the early life of Dwayne Johnson, Young Rock.
Other shows coming even later in the season include the return of Good Girls, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, and Ellen’s Game of Games and several new unscripted shows from Jimmy Fallon, Ed Helms, and Randall Park.
