Star Wars and Indiana Jones weren’t the only franchise to get some release date love from Disney today. The studio locked in a whole slate of blockbusters that have moviegoers drooling with anticipation. Some of the announcements are new and some are new dates for previously announced movies. Check them all out below:
– Ralph Breaks The Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2 has been delayed from March 9, 2018 to November 21, 2018.
– A Wrinkle in Time has been moved up to March 9, 2018 from April 6, 2018.
– Disney Animation’s Gigantic has been pushed WAAAAAAAY back from November 21, 2018 to November 25, 2020.
– Magic Camp (Live Action Comedy) is set for an April 6, 2018 release.
– The Live Action Lion King is set for July 19, 2019.
– Frozen 2 will hit theaters on November 27, 2019.
– An untitled Marvel movie has been moved back a month from July 10, 2020 to August 7, 2020.
– Two new Untitled Disney Live-Action films have been set for release on April 3, 2020 and March 12, 2021.
* I wouldn’t be surprised if one of these ended up being the Dwayne Johnson led ‘Jungle Cruise’
– The next Untitled Pixar movie is set for June 18, 2021
– Another untitled Disney Animation movie has been pushed back a year from November 25, 2020 to November 24, 2021.
There’s going to be plenty to see, you’d better start making the popcorn now.
