‘Superman’ Official Teaser Trailer

After more than a year of speculation, and several years of watching DC comics get grittier and more colorless on the big screen, we have just gotten our first look at the new live action DCU from James Gunn in the form of the Superman Teaser Trailer.

The first thing you notice about the new trailer is that the colors are vibrant. It no longer feels like we are looking at superheroes through a haze of smog. David Corenswet looks great as Superman, though he does look a bit like The IT Crowd’s Richard Ayowade when he’s in his Clark Kent Disguise.

So far, overall reaction to the trailer has been positive, while some people wish that the costume was a little more filled out. We’ve only seen 90 seconds of the film so far, all I know is that I can’t wait to see more.
