‘The Tick’ Canceled After 2 Seasons On Amazon Prime

Bad news for all the LunaTicks out there. Amazon has announced that they are not going to bring The Tick back for a third season on their streaming platform. While the show has been a fan favorite, it has apparently not reached the viewership levels needed to warrant the cost of producing the comic book based action comedy.

Series creator, Ben Edlund is still hopeful that cancellation doesn’t mean the end for the show. He’s hoping that the show could find new life on another network in the same way that series like Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Lucifer did on NBC and Netflix respectively.

He’s asking that if you love the series, to tweet #SaveTheTick! in support!
