Leap Frog Tag Jr
This is an excellent reading toy for 2 to 3-year-olds. They just grab on to the chunky little mouse thingy and have them move it over the book wherever they like. If they move it over the word, it will help them learn the word. If they move it over a picture, it will help them learn the word representation for the picture. It is easy to use and you can preload up to five books worth of data so you’ll be able to keep your kid busy and learning for hours. If there is one downside to this little guy, it is that you will have to buy more books, which are proprietary, to keep the party going.

Star Wars Jedi Force Trainer
The Force Trainer is a hot toy this year and it can be a lot of fun, but I can’t vouch for if it actually feeds off your biorhythms. That said, this toy has a very interesting hidden power. It teaches your child ti concentrate and keep their mouth shut. This is a very, very good thing. And ya, it is a lot of fun, especially if you’ve got some friends over and you want to come up with a new party game.

Star Wars™ Science Darth Vader™ Robotic Arm
If you’ve got a kid who is 6-9 and loves robots, this is a great learning toy. You actually get to put the arm together (younger kids might need supervision) and then you’ve got this great, kinda creepy looking arm on your desk that you can make pick stuff up with the controls that you rigged. I’m all for toys that help kids learn, and since robots will eventually be our cruel, cold masters, this sets your child on the path to having a career after judgment day!
