DST Unveils New ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ Action Figures

Update: We’ve learned that these will be a Walgreens exclusives, with deluxe versions coming at a later date.

If you thought all the toy reveals were finished after Comic-Con, you were wrong. Diamond Select Toys just dropped some new pre-orders that they didn’t show off in San Diego. The first up is wave 1 of their Avatar: The Last Airbender action figures. The seven inch figures mark the first time Katara is getting the action figure treatment after being excluded from the toy line that came out in conjunction with the initial release.

The one thing I’m not sure about is how many heads are included in the new figures. The product description (see below) doesn’t list multiple heads, but the photos we’ve got feature two expressions for Aang. The figures are set to drop this December at a cost of around 49.95 for the set.

This assortment of 7-inch scale action figures shines a spotlight on Season 3 of the hit animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender. Aang, Katara and Zuko each come with accessories and interchangeable parts, and each comes packaged on a blister card. Designed by Eamon O’Donoghue, sculpted by Richard Force.
