NECA has released new promotional images and details for their upcoming much anticipated Ultimate Pinhead from Hellraiser. Yesterday, fans at SDCC got the chance to look at an unpainted prototype in hand. Today, we have a better look at it in all its painted and skirt full glory! It’s release date is set for sometime in October.

Pinhead features an all-new sculpt and tons of nightmarish detail, from the pins in his head to the tools of torture dangling over the soft goods vinyl skirt. The figure comes with 2 interchangeable heads and the both open and closed Lament Configuration puzzle boxes.
